Onion Magic
  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sautxe9 the onions till they turn light brown.
  2. Add the button mushrooms and cook for some time (till the excess water evaporates).
  3. Finally add the Tobasco sauce, oregano and salt and mix well.
  4. Serve hot with toothpicks pierced in each mushroom and onion.
Recipe Notes

The original recipe recommends spring onions for garnishing. I did not have any on hand so I have not added.
