Ande ka Funda- Omlete:Curry
For the Curry:
  • 1 Tomatochopped
  • xbd onionchopped
  • 1tsp tomato ketchup(optional)
  • 1tsp pepper chili powderpowder or xbd tsp Red
  • 1pod garliccrushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1tsp butter/oil
For the Omlete:
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the omlete except oil. Whisk well.
  2. Heat oil in a flat bottom pan.
  3. Pour in the mixture to make an omlete
  4. Flip on the other side and cook for 1 min.
  5. Remove on a plate and cut into small strips as shown in the photo
For the Curry:
  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add the garlic and the chopped onion and sautxe9 for a few minutes
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, pepper powder, ketchup, salt and mix well.
  4. Cook till the tomatoes soften.
  5. Add little water to give it a sauce like consistency.
For serving:
  1. Add a spoonful of the curry to the serving plate.
  2. Top with the Omlete Strips and serve with some brown bread slices.
Recipe Notes

Variation:This time I did not add any Masala to the Gravy. But next time I intend to add a little Garam Masala powder or maybe Pav bhaji Masala .Also a little cheese can be added to the omlete for variation.
