Instructions
  1. 2-3 Salad leaves torn into pieces
  2. xbd onion cut into thin slices
  3. 2-3 lettuce leaves torn into pieces
  4. 4-5 seedless Dates chopped
For the dressing
  1. Salt as per taste
  2. 1tsp Chaat masala
  3. Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl. Just before serving add the Chaat masala and adjust the salt. Remember that Chaat masala too has some amount of salt so adjust accordingly.
  4. Crunchy Pepper Salad
  5. 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  6. 1 yellow pepper chopped
  7. 1 green pepper chopped
  8. 2 cucumbers peeled and diced
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1tsp Chaat masala
  11. 2 tsp lime juice
  12. Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl. Just before serving add the lime juice, Chaat masala and adjust the salt.
