Almond Powder
  1. (You can change the proportions to suit your taste)
  2. Dry roast Almonds till you get a nutty aroma.
  3. Similarly dry roast the Chillies and cumene seeds.
  4. Add the other ingredients and grind together to a fine powder.
  5. Sprinkle this on hot dosa (on the dosa tava itself) and top with Ghee/clarified butter if you like.
