Cheesy garlic Mayo stuffed Sweet Potato balls is a lip smacking, indulgent snack perfect for parties or as an after school snack for kids. Mayo is stuffed in a sweet potato covering to make this addictive snack. You can deep fry, bake of Air fry these balls. You can also use green bananas instead of sweet potatoes.

Cheesy garlic Mayo from Del Monte forms the cheesy, tangy, garlicky, soft centre which complements the sweetness of the sweet potatoes. Del Monte cheesy garlic Mayo which is a delicious blend of mayo, cheese & garlic flavor can also be used to make cheesy garlic bread or pizza at home.

Ingredients
  • 3 Sweet Potatoes large , cooked, peeled and grated
  • Handful coriander leaves of , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • xbd teaspoon amchur (dry mango) powder (or use lemon juice)
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons rice powder
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca starch (or sago flour or maida)
  • xbd cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste salt
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons garlic Mayo Del Monte cheesy
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed

Instructions
  1. To begin making cheesy garlic Mayo stuffed Sweet Potato balls first add the grated sweet potatoes to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add coriander leaves ,salt, chilli powder ,cumin powder ,amchur powder and 2-3 teaspoons of rice flour. Use rice flour as required to make a pliable mixture.
  3. Make about 8-10 balls from the mixture.
  4. In another bowl mix the rest of the rice flour, tapioca flour, salt and black pepper. Add some water to make a slurry (neither too thick nor too thin) to dip and coat the balls.
  5. Place the bread crumbs on a flat plate and the Del Monte Cheesy garlic Mayo in a piping bag or a plastic bag. This makes it easy to fill the centre of the balls.
  6. Heat the oil in pan.
  7. Make a hole in the balls with your finger. Fill it with the Del Monte Cheesy garlic Mayo (about xbd teaspoon),leaving some space at the top. Carefully cover and seal the top.
  8. Dip each ball in the flour-water mixture. Shake off excess mixture.
  9. Roll each ball in the bread crumbs. Again shake off excess breadcrumbs.
  10. Deep fry the balls in batches till they turn golden brown.
  11. Take them out of the oil with a slotted spoon. Drain on absorbent paper.
  12. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of choice. You can also serve it with Del Monte Mint Mayo
